Terms of Service
These terms apply to the SpacePvP Minecraft network, spacepvp.cc and store.spacepvp.cc, run by SpacePvP ("SpacePvP", "we"). By playing on our servers, creating a website account or buying something in our store you agree to these terms and to our Rules and Privacy Policy.
Last updated: October 20, 2026
Age
If you are under 16, you may only create a website account or buy something in the store with permission from a parent or guardian. Parents and guardians are responsible for purchases made by their children.
Your account
- You create an account in-game: join our server, type
/register <your email>and click the link we email you to choose a password. Your website account is then linked to that Minecraft account. To use the website you must also connect one Discord account. One website account per Minecraft account. You are responsible for everything that happens with your account. - Use an email address you can access and keep it up to date: we use it for logging in, password resets and important account messages. These emails come from no-reply@spacepvp.cc; replies are not read.
- Keep your password and authenticator codes secret and never share your account. We will never ask for your password, not in-game, not on Discord and not by email.
- Staff accounts must use two-factor authentication.
- We may refuse, suspend or delete accounts that break these terms or the rules.
- You can delete your account yourself on the Your data page. It is deleted 28 days after you ask, so you can still change your mind. What happens to your data is explained in the Privacy Policy. Deleting your website account does not remove punishments on your Minecraft account.
Conduct
Our network rules apply in-game, on the website and on our Discord. On the website you may not post content that is hateful, threatening, sexual, illegal, spam or advertising, that shares someone's personal information, or that impersonates staff or other players. You remain responsible for what you post, and you give us permission to show it on SpacePvP.
Moderation and punishments
- Staff may warn, mute, kick, temporarily ban or permanently ban players, and may restrict or delete website accounts, when the rules or these terms are broken. Staff may also act on behaviour that clearly harms the community even if it is not described word for word.
- We may edit or remove profile comments, profile texts, messages, badges, statistics and other content at any time.
- You can appeal a punishment through a punishment appeal ticket in the Support center. Accepting or rejecting an appeal is at our discretion. When an appeal is closed, staff can set a waiting time (for example 1, 2 or 3 weeks) before you can send a new one, or decide that you cannot appeal again. Using another account to get around this counts as punishment evasion.
- Evading a punishment with another account leads to a punishment on all accounts involved.
Store purchases
Our store (store.spacepvp.cc) runs on Tebex. Tebex is the Merchant of Record: legally, Tebex sells the product to you and handles the payment, VAT, refunds and payment disputes. The Tebex Checkout Terms apply to every purchase, together with these terms for using what you bought on SpacePvP.
- What you buy. Ranks, items and other store products are digital, in-game benefits. You receive a personal, non-transferable right to use them on SpacePvP; you do not own them and cannot sell, trade or transfer them, also not for real money.
- Delivery. Products are delivered automatically, usually within 20 minutes after your payment is completed. Make sure you are online with the correct Minecraft account; some products are only applied when you join.
- Lifetime ranks. All ranks are permanent ("lifetime"). Lifetime means for as long as SpacePvP runs the network, not for the lifetime of the player. Map resets and new seasons never remove a rank. The perks of a rank can change over time (for example when game modes change), within what the law and your purchase allow.
- No unban and no protection. Buying a rank or any other product never gives you a right to an unban, and does not protect you from punishments. Players with a paid rank must follow the same rules as everyone else. Unbans offered in the store are only available for punishments we choose and can be refused.
- Bans. If you are punished or banned for breaking the rules, including permanently, you are not entitled to a refund or compensation for products you bought.
- Refunds. Purchases are final and are not refunded automatically, for example because you changed your mind. If you are a consumer in the EU you have a 14-day right of withdrawal, but for digital content it ends once delivery starts with your consent; Tebex asks for that consent at checkout.
- Your legal rights stay. Nothing in our store or in these terms limits your rights under consumer law. If a product is not delivered, does not work or is not as described, you keep your legal rights: contact us at nando@spacepvp.cc with your Tebex transaction ID and we will fix it, or Tebex will handle a refund where the law requires one.
- Chargebacks and payment disputes. If you or someone using your payment method files a chargeback or dispute instead of contacting us, we may remove the purchased products and ban the accounts involved until the dispute is resolved. Please contact us first; most problems are solved quickly.
- Store questions (a missing rank, a payment problem or a refund request): email nando@spacepvp.cc. For everything else, use the Support center.
Seasons, resets and changes
SpacePvP is a competitive network that changes over time. Maps, seasons, statistics, Elo, leaderboards, badges and in-game items can be reset, changed or removed (for example at a map reset or a new Practice season). Game modes and features can be added, changed or stopped. This does not give a right to compensation.
Availability and liability
We do our best to keep SpacePvP online and fair, but the network and website are provided "as is" and can be unavailable, contain bugs or lose data. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect damage, lost progress or lost in-game items. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have as a consumer that cannot be limited by law.
SpacePvP is not an official Minecraft product and is not approved by or associated with Mojang Studios or Microsoft. Your use of Minecraft is also subject to the Minecraft EULA.
General
- We may change these terms. The date at the top shows the latest version; important changes are announced on our Discord. If you keep using SpacePvP after a change, the new terms apply.
- These terms are governed by the law of the Netherlands. Disputes go to the competent court there, unless the law gives you as a consumer the right to go to a court in your own country.
