We have a new website

Spacepvp.cc has been rebuilt from scratch. The old site was mostly a place to find the IP and the store; the new one is built around your account and your time on the server.

Getting started

Making an account takes about a minute. Sign up with your email address and confirm it, then join the server and type /link in-game. Click the link in chat (or enter the code on the website) and your Minecraft account is linked. The last step is connecting your Discord. Once that is done, everything on the site is open to you.

Your profile

Every player now has a profile page. It shows your rank, your badges and your stats for Squads, Kitmap and Practice-EU. Stats are kept per season, so after a map reset or a new Practice season you can still pick an older season and see how you did. Practice also shows your Elo for every kit.

You can write a short bio, and other players can leave a comment on your profile. The profile also shows when someone was last online and on which server, so you can see who is playing right now. Want to look someone up? Type their name in the search bar at the top of any page.

Leaderboards

The leaderboard shows the top players for Squads, Kitmap and Practice: most kills, best KDR, highest Elo, most ranked wins and best winstreaks. It updates every few minutes. When a season ends, the final standings are saved, so you can always go back and see who won an earlier season.

Friends and messages

You can add friends on the website by sending a request on their profile. Once they accept, you can message each other from the Messages page, even when you are not online in-game. You see when your message has been read, and you can pin your favourite conversations to the top. How many you can pin depends on your rank. If someone is bothering you, you can block them from their profile or from the conversation.

If you get a message or a friend request and do not look at it for a day, we send you a short email so you do not miss it. You can turn these emails off on the Manage account page.

Support

Support has moved to the website. Open a ticket on spacepvp.cc/support for anything you need help with: account problems, reporting a player, a question about a purchase, a punishment appeal or a staff or media application. Pick the right category and answer the questions, so staff have everything they need right away. They reply on the ticket and you get a notification when they do. You can also email support@spacepvp.cc.

Store

Ranks and other perks are still sold on store.spacepvp.cc. Purchases are delivered automatically, usually within 20 minutes, so stay online with the right Minecraft account. Ranks are lifetime and stay after map resets. For questions about a purchase, email nando@spacepvp.cc with your Tebex transaction ID.

Rules and news

The rules got an update, with clearer rules about racism, real-money trading and account selling, inappropriate skins and names, and a new section for our Discord. Please give them a read, even if you have played here for a long time.

From now on, season starts, map resets and other updates are posted right here on the news page.

Your account and your data

On the Manage account page you can change your password and email, turn on two-factor authentication and see the players you blocked. On the Your data page you can download a copy of everything we store about your account, or delete your account.

The site is new, so something might still be broken or look off. If you find a bug, open a ticket and tell us what happened. Ideas for the website are welcome too.
